Sayang bgt pas kesana playground nya lagi gk bisa dipakai padahal nak anak pasti suka.. Happy bgt di kasi req tulisan di cerminnya.. Dapet harga promo.. Anak2 dibawah 6 tahun masih free nginap dan sarapan nya.. Rekomended 😍 thanks midtown..

The hotel is strategically located, especially if you bring your own car. The rooms are large, the amenities are amazing, the facilities are great, such as a children swimming pool and a small infinity pool, a gym, a child playground, and a restaurant. The breakfast options are also great with a lot of variation. The cleanliness, however, can be further improved: one of the four pillow sheet is a bit dirty, and the AC can be further maintained as it is not as cool as we expect. The best thing, however, is the price as it is not that expensive, making this hotel a great value for money.

menurut saya lokasinya cukup oke dan strategis, staff nya ramah ramah semuanya, dikasih welcome drink juga, kolam renang nya bagus dengan view kota surabaya, tetapi perlu diperhatikan lagi untuk kebersihan nya. untuk kamar nya luas, wangi, ac nya pun dinginn, kebersihan nya sangat oke, kasur dll tidak ada kendala, enak dan nyaman,, untuk kamar mandi nya juga kebersihannya oke, air hangat dll sangat berfungsi dgn baik, respon dan layanan resepsionis juga ramah dan sangat baik,, pengalaman terbaik sih ini soallnya bareng temen temen juga!,, terimakasih midtown residence!

Everything was good, but there are a lot of cockroaches. I first stayed in the room on the 6th floor, but there were so many cockroaches that I moved the room to the 11th floor. But there are few cockroaches, but they came out. Other services were fine.

Wahh untuk AC sangat butuh peremajaan sngt tua kotor dan berisik Kotor bgt ac nya Kasur jg kurang bersih bikin badan gatal gatal Kebetulan dapat kamar d ujung 722 Tlong d tingkatkan lagi ya !! Midtown di dekat tunjungan plaza sangat bersih, masa yg di sini kotor 😭😭
